PDR Service Agreement Programs
Dent Zone is the industry's original provider of PDR Service Agreements and the largest provider nationwide. We develop and market customized PDR products and services that enhance F&I income and CSI scores, helping to build customer loyalty and repeat business. Many customers have benefited from the convenience of simply calling a toll-free number to have dents and dings repaired using their Dent Zone coverage. They enjoy their car's well-maintained appearance and report that it helps retain their vehicle's value at trade-in and often reduces lease turn-in charges.
Dent Zone's oldest and most widely distributed PDR Service Agreement products are currently sold in hundreds of Franchised Auto Dealerships across the country. Large General Agencies, Third-Party Administrators and Consolidators who market exclusively through General Agents are planning to add or are currently working with Dent Zone to develop custom PDR protection products to market to their existing Dealer partners. Our product lines also include customized programs for Original Equipment Manufacturers and Motor Clubs.
Service Drive Programs
Dent Zone has developed a web-based PDR estimating application within LINX ManagerTM, which is our proprietary PDR administrative system. When used in Dealership Service Drives, Dealers have the ability to add an additional service item to their menu which creates a new profit center and generates additional work for our network PDR Technicians. Automated Car Wash Facilities, Auto Detail Shops, and Independent Maintenance and Repair Companies are now taking advantage of this innovative program. After a customer has their vehicle repaired, they also qualify to purchase a PDR Service Agreement that offers PDR protection for the term of the agreement. Hail Programs
PDR LINX Hail Group was formed to address the specific needs during hail events through its network of Certified Repair Centers (CRCs) and qualified PDR technicians. Our PDR LINXSM Hail Network receives claims from Insurance Companies, Automotive Dealers, Fleet and Rental Car Companies, and Collision Repair Centers which are then dispatched to our network of qualified technicians across the nation.
